DescriptionMedal is solid brass. There is a brass bar which the pin is attached to. Written on the bar in raised letters is, "Missouri Day." Attached to the bar with a chain is a brass medal. Written on the medal in raised letters is "Missouri/Empire State of Louisiana Purchase." In the middle is the seal of Missouri. On the back side of the medal is written in gold, "Presented by Missouri Commission/ World's Fair/ St. Louis/ Oct. 11/1904."
