This shotgun has a Damascus steel barrel with the word "Colts PT F.A. MFG CO. Hartford C.T. U.S.A." engraved between the two barrels near the breech. There are numerous proof marks stamped on the underside of the barrel.
The serial number 5122 in stamped in the breech and on the trigger guard assembly.
