DescriptionAllan Bufford's summons book. Arkansas State Trooper was killed in the early morning hours of July 7, 1969, by a man named Jessie Ring. Jesse Ring was a passenger in the car with Ott and Kathy Garrett when they were pulled over by Trooper Bufford. This ticket book (no. 7154) was the book used by Trooper Bufford on the night he died. There is a bloodstain still present on the lower right hand corner of the book.Status
