Description$200.00 "reward/wanted" poster for George Lowe (aka St. Paul Blackey) for robbing the Post Office in Beebe, Arkansas, on 1 March 1905. Lowe is pictured on the poster and all of his physical characteristics are listed below the photograph. He was last seen (at the time of the poster was printed) in St. Louis, Mo, and R.M. Fulton, Inspector in Charge, in St. Louis issued the Reward/Wanted notice.Status
