Description$700.00 reward notice for the arrest and conviction of I.N. Pipkin for the murder of J.G. Hudgins on March 3, 1906, in Dallas, Polk County, Arkansas. Issued by Polk County Sheriff D.B. Joplin. Included in the notice is a physical description of Pipkin, and also a break down of how the reward will be paid: Joplin will pay $100 ; Pipkin's friends and relatives will pay $400; and the State of Arkansas will pay $200 for the arrest and detention of I.N.
