    DescriptionA 40 page booklet titled "A record of Accomplishments that Deserves Promotion: Read What the Newspapers of Arkansas say about--HOMER ADKINS--and the DOCUMENTED RECORD of His Achievements." Black text printed on yellowed paper. The pages are full of newspaper clippings, memos, and letters highlighting Homer Adkins's career. The back cover has a chronological outline of his career. The back page has a mailing label to Miss Mary Measler, 611 Spruce Street, City. There is also a cancelled three cent stamp above the mailing label.
