    DescriptionOn cream colored paper with decorative boarder. The State of Arkansas grants David R. Coulter and Turner H. Burkner ownership of 80 acres. They paid $13. The document is signed by Elias N. Conway, Auditor of the State of Arkansas on Feb 25, 1848. There are also entries signed by A. Smith, Big Rock Township, Pulaski Co. and N. Holiman, Clerk of Servis Co. The second page contains the seal of the Servis Circuit Court. The document is labeled No. 4, Record Book Page 410.
