DescriptionTelegram from Major General S.R. Curtis to Lieut. Colonel A.W. Bishop, dated 11/26/1862. Advises Bishop to be careful in falling back from Elk Horn and that all POW's should be sent to him and other prisoners should be disposed of at his discretion.
