Skip to main contentDescriptionBookmark found in Joy Bible. The white cloth bookmark, which has triangular notches cut out along the top and bottom, has a printed image and text on the front. The image depicts a woman kneeling before a book, presumably the Bible, on an alter and being presented flowers by an angel and a holy dove by cherubim. The text reads "1841/"Remember now thy Creator in the days of/thy youth." Eccl. xii. 1." above the image; below is "Washington St. Baptist/Sabbath School,/Albany."
