Glen Campbell (1936- ) was born in Billstown, near Delight in Pike County, Arkansas. He is a country music singer, television host and actor. He is best known for his role in the 1969 movie True Grit and his TV variety show (1969-1971) “The Glen Campbell Good Time Hour."
A Glen Campbell record entitled "Rhinestone Cowboy". The front of the album features an image of Campbell riding a white horse set within an animated desert landscape. "Glen Campbell" and "Rhinestone Cowboy" are situated in arching text above Campbell. The album was produced by Capitol Records Pub Place in Hollywood in 1975.
