The toy truck is pale blue with "Hello Darlin" painted on both sides. Twitty Bird, a cartoon character based on Arkansas native Conway Twitty, is featured on the truck as well. The dates of his life are on the sides of the truck along with his signature. There is a door in the bed of the truck that opens and the bed attaches to the truck.
The toy truck has its original packaging. The box is yellow and white with yellow and black text. It was sold by the Country Music Collection Club and is labeled as a 1:96 Scale Transporter and as "Conway Twitty Limited Edition."
