Description"Picnic Program, Annual Two Days Picnic, Mountain Home, Arkansas, August 3rd & 4th, 1928" Six pin holes at top of program. Tom Terral and Brooks Hays both attended. The program lists the specific events and times for each event. White paper with black text.*Before World War II this was the most important social event in Baxter Country. At this 1928 gathering were addresses by Hon. Brooks Hays and Hon. Tom J. Terral and a final address by Governor Harvey Parnell--also a baseball game, orchestral music, a chalk talk, and hand saw duet, etc.
