    DescriptionA handwritten list of votes counted in a poll conducted on February 18, 1861. The vote pertained to whether or not to hold a secessionist convention. The vote also declared J.L. Totten as the delegate from Arkansas County to the Arkansas Secession Convention. The list is written in ink on a half sheet of lined paper which has rough edges.
