    It was presented at the 1974 Billboard Country Music Awards and was made by Dejay Products, Inc. in Burbank, CA. The plaque features a brown leather sheet with dark brown scrolls and dark brown and gold lettering. The sheet is secured under a sheet of plastic and four tacks.
