DescriptionHomemade dress, loosely constructed of chambray with warp and /or filling floated to create striped pattern. Ruffled yoke with black machine-made tape lace, 1.75" in width. Seven shell buttons down back. Long sleeves gathered inside cuff with white seam tape. Ruffle at bottom. Dress sewn with black thread. Worn by Mary Winters Johnson.Status
