DescriptionGold-colored donkey pin belonging to Nancy Hall. Around the donkey's neck is a silver basket holding five false gems of varying color. One gem is inside the basket, and the other four are outside the basket.

Nancy Johnson Hall (1904–1991) was the first woman in Arkansas to be elected to a constitutional office. Upon the death of her husband C.G. "Crip" Hall in 1961, she was appointed to serve the remainder of his term as secretary of state by Governor Orval Faubus. Hall then went on to be elected as Arkansas state treasurer in 1962, running unopposed in the general election as a Democrat. Hall served as treasurer for 18 years.
