    Bill reads: "A Bill/ For an act to be entitled: "An act to amend Section 1 of Act 385 of 1921, as amended [Ark. Stats. 8-301]; to change the name of the Old State House to 'Arkansas' First State Capitol'; and for other purposes."/ "Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas:/ Section 1. That Section 1 of Act 385 of 1921, as amended, the same being Section 8-301 of the Arkansas Statutes, is hereby amended to read as follows:/ "Section 1. The Old State Capitol buildings and grounds, situated on West Markham Street between Ashely and Conway Streets, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, which has heretofore been known as the 'Old State House', shall be hereafter known and designated as 'Arkansas' First State Capitol', the title to said property remaining in the State if Arkansas."/ W.D. Moore, Jr."
