    DescriptionA brass chandelier that hung in the Old State House Museum rotunda until the time of restoration. It was removed from the basement and hung in the Pioneer Room (August 5, 1974).

    From the file: "Brass chandelier, ca. 1900, and originally made as an electric fixture, was found in the basement of the First State Capitol. We have oral accounts of it having hung in the rotunda of the building up to the time of restoration. The Pioneer Association did pay to have it re-brassed...".
