    DescriptionHouse of Representatives letterhead. Handwritten in brown ink with the State Seal in the top left hand corner. Discusses women's organizations and the raising of children. The idea is that If children are trained in a process or ideal from an early age, they will belong to that process or ideal. ie: brainwashed. Assuming this is true, great care should be taken in the molding of young minds. Continuation of 1999.059.28.1 and 1999.059.28.2.
