DescriptionArkansas Centennial cover envelope addressed to Mr. L.P. Cooley in Lansing, Michigan. The upper right corner holds four 3-cent postage stamps. The stamps are red in tint and depict the Old State House and celebrate the centennial. The left side of the image reads "Arkansas Centennial, 100 years of Statehood, Little Rock Philatelk Society” There is also a set of numbers under the image: "1036" read vertically.
