DescriptionCover envelope from Arkansas Centennial Celebration. Addressed to Star Stamp Company in Kansas City, Missouri. There is a three cent postage stamp, celebrating the centennial, depicting the Old State House in the upper right corner. In the left corner there is a picture of the Old State House. Around the picture reads "Arkansas, the bear state, 1836-1936, one hundred years of statehood. The print is black and violet. Pictures to the side of the larger State House are of a bear and the state capitol.
