    DescriptionBadge belonging to T.E. Rowlett of Conway, Arkansas. Badge is from the American Legion War Memorial Convention in July 1941. The badge is shaped like the state of Arkansas. On the bage is engraving of the Old State House, and the center of the state flag. Around the edges are apple blossoms. Printed on the badge is "Dept. of Ark. Annual Convention, July 21-22-23, Little Rock, 1941". Nameplate at the top with paper that has "T.E. Rowlett, Conway, Ark., Delegate". Both are connected by blue and greenish ribbon and metal loops.
