Has a brass-plated metal hooking device (part is missing). Back cover is white center on blue field. Eagle clutching arrows and olive branches above two flags (1 American). Centering picture of Battleship Maine. "Remember the Main." Covered with heavy plastic. Back cover trimmed in brass(?). (11" Length, 9" Width, 2.5 Depth)
