As the inscription "Mike Caldwell" was beside this photo in the scrapbook (1985.038.17) and a relative of his was teh President of the Winfield Auxilary USWV (Mrs Celia Caldwell c. 1952), "M.G. Caldwell, from Arkansas was on the honor roll and was and insurance man, possibly the same man.
