This Premium List book was addressed to Frank Q. Browne of Sheridan, Arkansas.The Premium List book was issued to exhibitors prior to the opening of the State Fair and contained rules and regulations on what to do with your animal while at the fair. It also listed all the livestock exhibit entries and housing locations.
