The cover features characters from hit television series: Gunsmoke's Doc and Festus, and Petticoat Junction's Billie Jo. The cover is blue and yellow with a header and footer row of stars and black lettering. The program has 52 numbered pages, stapled in the center and folded from the left to open right. Verso: An advertisement for Brownie's Oil Co. with a picture of W.D. Brown.
