    DescriptionBlack silk tie with white diagonal stripes has metal end lock engraved "Grayco, Pat'd" and red and black label reading, "Grayco end-lock, Made in Hollywood" on large end of tie. White label at small end of tie reads "Schneider's, No. Little Rock, Ark."

    Carl Edward Bailey was born on October 8, 1894 in Bernie, Missouri. Bailey was the thirty-first Governor of Arkansas (1937-1941).
