DescriptionA letter from the Memphis & Little Rock Railroad Co.'s General Manager E.K. Sibley to Re. V. Yeakle, Esq., Secretary of the State Fair Association dated June 13, 1881. The letter states that all railroads running into Little Rock agree to sell roundtrip tickets from all points to Little Rock during the duration of the State Fair. Additionally, any fair articles are to have a certificate from the Secretary of the State Fair Association stating that the item(s) have been on exhibition and have not changed hands. These items are to be returned at no cost if they delivered to point(s) along the lines owned by the Memphis & Little Rock Railroad Co. If any items are to travel beyond the company's lines, all necessary arrangements must be made.Status
