DescriptionA souvenir medal from the Second Annual State Fair held in Pine Bluff, Arkansas October 18-23, 1898. On the left edge of the center medallion is the text "Oct." and "18-23" is directly across on the right. At the bottom center of the medallion is "1898" with directly "Pine Bluff" above along the bottom outline of the medallion. "2nd Annual" is written inside the scroll a top the medallion. Above the scroll is an eagle and in the center of the medallion is a bushel of grain with a push plough, scythe, wheel and a hay rake. The medallion is encircled with a wreath. The top section of the medal says "Souvenir" and is surrounded by a flourish.
