DescriptionA First Day Cover commemorating the 53rd Presidential Inauguration of Hot Springs native William Jefferson Clinton on January 20, 1997. The seal of the Museum of Hot Springs US Postal Service is located on the left side of the cover with "Clinton/Gore/ 1997-2000/ 53rd Presidential Inauguration" printed in the middle with four red stars separating the text.
