DescriptionRibbon has a silver delegate pin at top with a button with to Confederate flags and a photo inset of Jefferson Davis with the letting "Our President" underneath. The ribbon is blue with silver lettering stating "Arkansas Division U.C.V. Little Rock, Oct. 18-19, 1916."
