    DescriptionInaugural napkin found between the pages of a scrapbook of Governor Francis Cherry. (See 2008.124.01) The napkin has a scallop edge. it has the Great Seal of the State of Arkansas in the bottom left corner. It also has the year 1953, which is the year Governor Cherry came into office, above the seal. Below the seal are the words "Cherry Inauguration". All lettering and design is done in a golden color.
