    DescriptionSheet music is for "You're a Grand Old Flag.'' The song, a spirited march written by George M. Cohan, is a tribute to the American flag. In addition to obvious references to the flag, it incorporates snippets of other popular songs, including one of his own. Cohan wrote it in 1906 for George Washington, Jr., his stage musical. Published by Vogel Music Co Inc., of New York City in 1933. The cover for this sheet music is for 'Yankee Doodle Dandy" movie from 1942, starring James Cagney, based on George M. Cohan's life. The cover has an image of James Cagney dancing with Uncle Sams top hat, and a photo inset of George M. Cohan.
    The back cover has the list of musical numbers for Yankee Doodle Dandy.
