    Charles Buckles "C.B." Falls was born on December 10, 1874 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was a freelance artist, writer, and a published author. He is known for his book, "The ABC Book," and as a prominent WWI poster artist. He passed away on April 15, 1960 in New York City.
