    DescriptionA metal fob watch inscribed with "Smith and Robinson. 1928.” This fob watch is from the 1928 presidential election. It most likely would have been worn by a Smith and Robinson supporter.

    Joseph Taylor "Joe T." Robinson was born on August 16, 1872 in Lonoke County, Arkansas. In 1912, Robinson ran for governor and won. He went on to run for Vice President in the 1928 election, but was unsuccessful. He died of a heart attack on July 14, 1937.
