    DescriptionTravis Wood was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and attended Bryant High School where he received All-State honors in the three seasons he played. Wood led his team to the state championship in his junior year and was named the Arkansas Gatorade Player of the Year back-to-back in 2004 and 2005. Wood’s began playing in the MLB in 2010. He played for the Cincinnati Reds from 2010-2011, the Chicago Cubs from 2012-2016, the Kansas City Royals and San Diego Padres in 2017.
