Bill has his hand on Ferguson's shoulder and Hillary has her hand on the woman on the far right. The railing is decorated with garland and ribbons and two poinsettias are at the bottom of the stairs on the right hand side. The female staff member on the far right is not looking at the camera.

    William “Bill” Jefferson Clinton, born William Jefferson Blythe IV, was born in Hope, Arkansas on August 19, 1946. Clinton was the fortieth and forty-second governor of Arkansas, as well as the forty-second president of the United States. He married his wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton, in 1975 and their daughter, Chelsea, was born in 1980.

    Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton was born on October 26, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois. Aside from being a former first lady of Arkansas and a former first lady of the United States, Hillary held many other political offices. When she was elected as a United State senator from New York, Hillary became the first woman elected to the Senate. She served as Secretary of State during President Barack Obama’s administration. Hillary was the only United States first lady to keep an office in the West Wing, as well as the only first lady to run for president. She married her husband, Bill Clinton, in 1974, and their daughter, Chelsea, was born in 1980.
