    DescriptionAn original script from the television series "Evening Shade", starring Burt Reynolds and produced by Mozark Productions, a joint production company created by Arkansas native Harry Thomason and his wife, Lide Bloodworth-Thomason. The script is for episode 3633 and is entitled "The Graduation Episode", which is dated March 18, 1993. It is comprised of almost one hundered pages of blue and white paper held together by two brass brads and features the show script as well as production notes, contact information, and correspondence. Text on the cover page reads "Evening Shade", "The Graduation Episode", "#3633", "Show # 22", "Final Draft", "March 18, 1993", and "A Production of CBS Entertainment Productions in Associationn with Mozark Productions and MTM Enterprises, Inc."

    Evening Shade is a television series that aired on CBS from 1990 to 1994. The series stars Burt Reynolds as Wood Newton, a former professional football player for the Pittsburg Steelers. The series follows Newton as he returns to his hometoen of Evening Shade, Arkansas, to coach the high school football team and depicts small town life. Evening Shade is located in Sharp County, in the North East corner of Arkansas. The opening segment included clips of Arkansas locations such as South Patterson Street and McClard's Bar-be-que on Albert Pike Boulevard in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The television series featured fellow Arkansas native Billy Bob Thorton as a guest star.

    Harry Thomason, director of "Evening Shade", was born in Hampton, Arkansas in 1940. Thomason is a writer, producer, and director. He wrote and directed "The Hunting of the President", and produced and directed the television series "Evening Shade" and Designing Women". He was nominated for four primetime Emmys for his work on "Designing Women."
