Both men are wearing white shirts and striped ties, and Jeff Davis, Jr. is wearing a hat. Jeff Davis, Jr. is the son of Governor Davis, and Jeff Davis, III is his grandson.

Jefferson "Jeff" Davis was born in Rocky Comfort, Arkansas on May 6, 1862. Davis served as the twentieth Governor of Arkansas from 1901 to 1907.
