    DescriptionFramed black and white photo of W.W. Finch, with glass front. Biographical information on a white card, typed, at the bottom. "Mr. Finch was a Director of the People's Savings and Loan Association. He started with the Assoc. in 1917 and served in the capacity of Assistant Secretary, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and President. He was Chairman of the Board from January 1, 1967 until his death December 6, 1971."
