DescriptionPoster from the movie, "Bloody Mama." The movie was loosely based on Kate "Ma" Barker (October 8, 1873 – January 16, 1935), who was the mother and supposed leader of the Barker gang--although her actual involvement in her sons' crimes are disputed. The movie was filmed in the Ozark Mountains and in Baxter and Pulaski Counties in Arkansas.

The poster is white with black print. The text reads, "You gotta' believe... You gotta' have faith... But first you gotta get rid of the witnesses." The image shows Ma Barker in a black dress, black hat, and white gloves in front of a floral arbor. There are dead bodies and a machine gun lying at her feet. She is kneeling, holding an open Bible, and smoking a cigar.
