    DescriptionBlue bengaline with blue velvet collar buttons and cuffs. Blue silk taffeta lining. Collar, buttons, and cuffs are heavily embroidered with a floral motif black crochet ruffle. Two deep kick pleats in back. Two "peacock's eyes" buttons at waist with black macramie trimmed with blue velvet ends. Also one on front. Fifteen covered buttons running up back of each sleeve.
