DescriptionRibbon/Badge for the Little Rock Fire Department from the annual convention for State Firemen's Association. At the top of the ribbon in gold lettering: "Little Rock Fire Department". There is an applique star underneath those words and an image of a pump-wagon is beneath the star, On the bottom part of the ribbon in gold lettering: "3d Annual Convention/Arkansas/State Firemen's/Association/Fort Smith/Aug. 4-6, 1891". Tassels hang from both the middle white section of the ribbon and from the bottom of the ribbon.
