DescriptionU.D.C. ribbon owned by Effie Combs. Combs was a life-long member of the U.D.C. in Little Rock and a collector of Confederate veterans memorabilia. This ribbon is from the 1928 S.C.V. Reunion in Little Rock, Arkansas.Red and white ribbon attached to a pin. In gold lettering on the ribbon: "U.D.C." The pin is a gold metal frame with a name tag inside. "Miss Effie Combs" printed in black ink on the tag.
