Letter concerns carload whiskey rates from Louisville, Kentucky to Owensboro, Kentucky. The request is in conjunction with the upcoming reunion in Little Rock. Asa R. Bragg was responsible for the illumination of the river during the 1911 United Confederate Veterans Reunion in Little Rock.
