DescriptionSmall rectangular booklet, constructed of aged off-white paper, 30 pages. Printed in black, red, and blue ink. "The Mothers of the Confederacy, by a Confederate Veteran." Below the title, which is inscribed in a 'stars and bars' flag, is a lithrographic print of a group of women sewing, spinning thread, and working with miscellaneous fabric. The booklet contains a lengthy declaration of ideas and beliefs concerning the confederacy.Status
