    DescriptionTwo red and one white sash worn by a veteran at the 1911 Little Rock U.C.V. Reunion. Lettering on sash "Omer R. Weaver Camp no 354 U.C.V." The rosette is missing from the top of the sash.

    The camp was named in honor 1st Lt. Omer R. Weaver, of the Totten Artillery Battery of Little Rock who apparently was the first Arkansas soldier to be killed by enemy fire in the War, dying at the battle of Oak Hills, or Wilson's Creek, Missouri on August 10, 1861.
