DescriptionFramed collection of Captain John G. McKean photos and artifacts. There are three photos and two death related artifacts. The first photo in the top left corner is a photo of John McKean and an unknown man. The second photo (top right corner) shows John McKean in a Confederate uniform. McKean was at one time commanded the 4th Bridgade of the Arkansas Division of the U.C.V. The third photo is bottom center and show McKean as a younger man. There are two funeral notices on either side of the third photo. At the bottom of the frame is a small plaque: "Captain John G. McKean Confederate Veteran 1837-1913 5th Arkansas Infantry, 3rd Arkansas Cavalry, 19th Arkansas Infantry, 13th Battalion Cavalry"Status
