Description1928 U.C.V. Delegate Badge. Arkansas shaped gold medal hangs from a red and white ribbon, which is attached to a gold pin. The pin has an image of two bridges over a river. The badge has images of the state capitol, the Arkansas State Seal, a Rebel Flag. Also: "The Wonder State" and "U.C.V. 38th Reunion May 8-11, 1928".Status
