Nov. 15-19, 1932" White tag attached to ribbon: "Effie Combs Little Rock, Ark."

There is a tag attached to the back of the ribbon: "This badge is made by St. Louis Button Co. Manufacturers of celluloid, gold, and enameled buttons, ribbon and metal badges and advertising novelties Office and Factory: St. Louis, MO"
